Technical Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple technology workstreams within a large-scale smart-building and digital systems program. You will ensure alignment across all stakeholders, drive progress across design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, and maintain tight control over risks, dependencies, and vendor performance. You will act as the central coordination point for all technology-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

❏ 8–12 years of project management experience in technology delivery within construction, fit-out, real estate, or infrastructure projects.

❏ Proven experience delivering or overseeing smart-building, technology fit-out, or digital infrastructure programs.
