Official Job Description:
This is a Technical Project Manager (TPM) role supporting a software‑focused technical organization. The individual will work closely with internal engineering teams and external vendors to help drive delivery of fixes, releases, and infrastructure improvements.
The role is not engineering‑heavy but requires strong technical understanding to effectively manage complex projects, dependencies, and risks. The TPM will take ownership of key project areas, offloading work from PMs, while being mentored and shaped into the role over time.
Top Skills:
1. Strong understanding and ability to properly communicate the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
2. 3–5 years managing large-scale embedded software projects (non-cloud/or web UI platforms), including microcontrollers, devices, networks, and memory-constrained environments.
