Technical Project Manager

Role Summary The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-performance equity trading platforms. This includes overseeing initiatives for Order Routing and Real-time Risk Management systems. You will collaborate with Business Users, Software Engineers, and Compliance officers to ensure our systems remain low-latency, resilient, and compliant. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for trading system upgrades, from initial requirements gathering (BRDs/FRDs) to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollout. Scalable Feature Delivery: Lead the development and rollout of retail-centric trading related features and integrations with vendor systems. Market Connectivity: Coordinate the integration of new Exchange/Venue APIs and the implementation of FIX Protocol updates for global markets (NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE, HKEX, etc.).
