Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-team initiatives across our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will own delivery end to end—surfacing risks early, and keeping engineering, product, and operations aligned as we scale across many customers on shared infrastructure.

This role is for someone who has shipped real programs in a SaaS environment, understands the realities of shared services and tenant isolation, and can influence without authority.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver complex programs that span multiple teams, products, and services—defining scope, milestones, and success metrics.

• Manage cross-team dependencies across teams in a shared, multi-tenant architecture, where one change can affect many customers at once.
