Delivery & Governance
Own the end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.Develop, maintain, and control project plans, schedules, estimates, and forecasts, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of risks and issues.Own delivery governance, including:Risk, issue, dependency, and action management (RAID)Escalation and mitigation planningChange control and impact assessmentTrack, analyse, and report on key delivery metrics, providing clear, concise status updates to senior stakeholders.Commercial & Cost Management
