The role requires excellence in delivery management, client communication, agile execution, and team leadership. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery , including scope, timelines, risks, and quality. Handle Fixed Price Delivery , effort estimations, forecasting, and project metrics tracking. Oversee L3 support operations , shift scheduling, SLA adherence, and escalations.
