TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL)

Summary You will serve as a Technical Project Manager (Administrative/Technical) for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will be responsible for project leadership, oversight and direction for the work carried out by the line organizations at the Department, Division, or Branch. You will interface with Customer Agents for one or more programs to establish project requirements, deliverables, cost, and schedules to meet customer requirements. You will determine the most effective execution framework and strategy and to establish project plans for technical execution of tasking.
