Technical Product Owner

What We Need

Oivan is seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) with at least five years of experience in managing local and/or international software and IT projects to lead one of our largest local software development initiatives.
As an experienced Technical Product Owner with a background in Agile Scrum methodologies, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, bridging communication between client business analysts and technical delivery teams to guarantee that product development meets both business and technical objectives.
You will be based on-site at our customer’s premises in Riyadh, KSA, and the position requires fluency in both Arabic and English. Familiarity with the Golang framework is considered a strong asset.
