Technical Product Manager (Toronto)

Overview

ERIS is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic, forward‑thinking technology team. The role focuses on product strategy and delivery within a lean, high‑impact environment. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Product & Technology, own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, partner with cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑impact solutions aligned with business objectives and evolving customer needs. This is a full‑time hybrid position (35hours per week) based in Toronto with an annual compensation range of $95,000 to $120,000.

• Own and lead the end‑to‑end delivery of software products, from initiation through release, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes across all stakeholders.
