Technical Product Manager - Dell ISG

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Dell Technical Product Manager forms part of the Dell Brand Team and works closely with internal Pre‑Sales, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Dell Technologies stakeholders to manage, enable, and grow the Dell Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Stock and Sell (SNS) business within First Distribution. The role combines technical pre‑sales expertise with product and commercial management, with a strong focus on ensuring stock availability, pricing integrity, vendor programme compliance, and accurate reporting. It also plays a key role in enabling partners across the Dell ISG portfolio. The incumbent is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end SNS lifecycle, including stock forecasting, technical configuration support, pricing management, vendor engagement, reporting (Zyme), marketing enablement, and escalation management.
