- AMK (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions leveraging eServ’s offerings in finance, payroll, grants management, IT training, contact centre services, and more
- Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, and Alteryx.
- Design and document customized workflows, integrations, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Analyse client requirements for contact centre operations and design solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
