Technical Operations & Business Support Executive (Peptides)

We are seeking a highly capable, scientifically qualified Technical Operations & Business Support Executive to join our peptide trading and supply business in Dubai.

Rather than focusing on direct sales or cold outreach, this critical role is designed to support our senior leadership in the day-to-day management of the business. You will work closely alongside senior executives, learning the business from the inside out. This is a hybrid in-and-out office role, requiring you to manage administrative and technical desk operations, while also going on the ground to coordinate with key clients, partners, and logistics providers.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in biochemistry or microbiology and possesses the natural leadership, maturity, and organizational skills to run business operations independently in the absence of senior management.
