Overview - Technical Manager:

Due to internal progression, a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager has arisen.

This is your chance to join a large food manufacturing site undergoing significant investment and transformation at the senior leadership level.

You'll lead the site's technical function, driving food safety, compliance and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team and influencing standards across the factory.

Responsibilities for the Technical Manager:

Lead and develop the Technical team.
Manage the site's Quality Management System.
Drive food safety, quality and compliance standards.
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
