Technical Manager - Theme Park & Theming Projects

Delivering the technical foundations behind world-class attractions.

• Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 15+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Technical Manager position.
• Previous experience delivering theme park, theming, or large-scale entertainment projects is essential.
• Main contracting experience is preferred.
• GCC/UAE experience is required.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design packages and technical deliverables in accordance with project specifications and contract requirements.

• Manage the technical function throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover.
