Technical Manager

Job Description: Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures. Through dialogue with customers, identify NAND technology trends, customer needs, and high-value challenges provide feedback to stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, lead development activities, and drive efforts to secure Process of Record (POR). Maximize organizational performance with limited resources by transferring technical knowledge and mentoring team members to strengthen overall capability. When issues cannot be resolved internally, promptly coordinate with stakeholders in hardware development, process engineering, and quality assurance, and manage the preparation and presentation of appropriate proposals to customers. Define process flows, develop new processes, and ensure successful transfer of new technologies to manufacturing.
