Job Summary

The Technical Manager, Mechanical & Electrical is responsible for leading the planning, design coordination, technical execution, testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical works for ICF's marine interior, shipbuilding, offshore, refurbishment and interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of M&E systems associated with marine interior works, including HVAC and ventilation distribution, piping, plumbing, sanitary and drainage systems, electrical power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, cabling, containment, equipment connections and control systems. The role ensures that M&E services are coordinated with interior layouts, ceilings, partitions, furniture, architectural finishes, structural requirements and marine equipment. The position supports projects from tender and design development through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
