Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and manages technical riders and production requirements ahead of each event.
• Coordinates with artists, production teams, suppliers and venue operations to align on technical specifications and deliverables.
• Plans and oversees technical setups, installations and rehearsals to ensure full readiness before going live.
• Manages scenic builds, co‑props, rigging and special technical installations in line with production briefs.
• Supervises audio, lighting, video, LED, and staging operations across all live events and productions.
• Operates as the main point of escalation for technical issues during live events, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Sources and manages technical suppliers, rental partners and production companies to meet operational requirements.
