Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader who balances a strong passion for people management with deep technical and process expertise within the building construction industry. In this role, you will oversee field services, training programs, and technical tool development while serving as a key bridge between sales support, engineering excellence, and senior leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading & Developing Teams: manage a multidisciplinary regional technical team, including Regional Technical Managers and the Training & Digital Support Manager, to support their professional growth and strategic objectives
