Profile
- 6+ years of experience in .NET development
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
- Solid experience in reverse engineering, application modernization, or technology migration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead development and ensure code quality and best practices
- Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers
- Coordinate the team and act as a bridge between cross-functional teams
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
Technical Skills
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery
- Development: HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs
- Front‑end: React or Angular
- Database & Messaging: MSSQL, RabbitMQ
