Responsibilities:
Architect and develop features on the trading real-time event streaming platform (Java-based) Take ownership of trading and compliance workstreams, reducing dependency on the Head of Trading Technology for day-to-day delivery Mentor and code-review junior and mid-level developers, elevating the overall team capability Collaborate with product stakeholders to define and refine trading workflows including order blotter, pre-trade compliance, and order lifecycle management Assist in integrating the event-driven platform with downstream systems including their legacy OMS and compliance tooling Help standardize engineering practices and guide adoption of the new platform across additional current trading applications...
