We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead with strong development experience and the ability to independently manage client discussions, solutioning, and end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate has grown from developer → senior developer → lead, and can take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, integrations, and delivery. Candidates with Open Work Permit or PR are preferred. Those already living in Canada for 2+ years will be given priority for cost efficiency and smooth onboarding. Experience in CCM domain (Quadient, OpenText, SmartCom, Doc1, etc.) is an added advantage, not mandatory. Key Responsibilities
