Role Overview
The Technical Lead (Java) will lead backend teams, ensure architecture quality, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead backend Java development and architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure coding standards.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
- Troubleshoot complex backend issues and optimise performance.
- Maintain documentation and best practices.
- 8+ years experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Leadership and team mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
