They are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to provide technical guidance and support the team across design, development, deployment, and production stabilization phases. 【 Responsibilities 】 - Design, develop, and maintain applications using intra-mart. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure system performance and stability. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. - Support application deployment activities and ensure smooth production releases and operational stability. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
