Technical Implementation and Analysis Team Manager

This is a newly created people leadership role within a growing Australian SaaS company operating in the CRM space.

The business has built a strong implementation function, but the team has now reached a scale where it needs a dedicated manager focused on people, performance, capability and consistency.

This is not a hands-on implementation role.

You will not carry your own customer projects or be expected to personally configure the platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 15 Technical Business Analysts and Configuration Consultants.
