Join a hybrid technical support team serving end users within a large-scale banking environment. This role delivers hands‑on assistance through phone and remote sessions, resolving system and software issues across varied technical platforms. The position offers long‑term contract potential with performance‑based extension and strong visibility across user service operations.

Contract, Scarborough, Hybrid, 4 days onsite per month

Schedule Hours: Monday-Friday – Either 9:30 am 5:30 pm or 10:30-6:30 pm, late shift coverage required on a rotation basis every 6 weeks - 12 pm - 8 pm shift

Must Haves

  • Excellent Communication Skills 10/10 for client and user communications
