Job Title Technical Executive (Central) Job Description Summary Job Description About The Role Supervise subcontractors in delivering maintenance services and vendors in equipment provision Assist in implementing quality maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations Support and oversee minor projects, improvement works, and repair & replacement (R&R) activities Prepare and justify variations in scope of work Ensure timely completion of works in accordance with contract requirements Foster strong working relationships with team members and building owners Ensure all fault cases are promptly addressed and closed in the CMMS system Collaborate closely with the Client's FM team to understand and meet end-user requirements Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Client, FM team, or Account Director Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in M&E systems including: Fire Protection Pump Systems Electrical Trade Other building-related M&E systems Note: FSM certif...
