Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Product Development
Assist in developing and improving frozen bakery products such as breads, pastries, cakes, and grab & go products.
Support product trials, recipe improvement, and new product development projects.
Work closely with Production and QA teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
Prepare basic product documentation, recipes, and trial reports.
2. Technical & Customer Support
Provide technical support and product guidance to customers on product application, storage, and handling.
Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and training sessions.
Support customer feedback handling and coordinate improvements with internal teams.
Assist Business Development team during customer visits, presentations, and exhibitions.
3. Cross - Functional Coordination
Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, Procurement, BD, and Sales teams to ensure sm...
