Perform DTP (Desktop Publishing) tasks , such as layout design, minor design adjustments, finalizing artwork, and preparing files for print (pre-flighting PDFs) using the company's workflow systems and software. Ensure all work is completed within allocated timeframes to meet both client and production deadlines. Apply knowledge of printing processes to verify the feasibility of designs for print, make necessary color adjustments , and apply appropriate techniques for print production and file management. Duties Follow detailed job/task instructions, which may come from operations, sales, or clients. Execute typesetting as needed, and adjust text, artwork, or dielines according to style guides, manuals, or managerial direction. Prepare and deliver high-resolution PDFs, web proofs, or printed color proofs using agreed-upon workflow procedures.
