We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to support a large, long-term infrastructure programme in the UAE, involving a diverse portfolio of wastewater projects.

The role will lead technical delivery across all design stages, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across multidisciplinary engineering outputs. You will provide oversight of feasibility studies, concept, preliminary, and detailed design, guiding teams to develop robust, efficient, and buildable solutions. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining technical standards, design governance processes, and coordination across all disciplines. The role includes driving effective optioneering, value engineering, and risk-informed design decisions across the project portfolio.
