Technical Delivery Lead

Lead technical delivery for the DHS/CBP ETMSS program. Coordinate Agile delivery, technical teams, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and program reporting for mission-critical federal systems. Hybrid Direct Hire role in Ashburn, VA, three days onsite per week. Requirements - U.S. citizen with active DHS, DoD Top Secret, or Q-level clearance - Technical delivery, project/program management, and Agile leadership experience - Ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams - Experience with Jira/Confluence, SDLC practices, technical reporting, and stakeholder briefings - Strong communication and federal enterprise delivery experience Benefits Compensation: $175,000 target salary. Direct Hire role with confirmed funding and approximately two years remaining on the CBP ETMSS contract.
