Are you looking for a role where customer service, technical coordination and problem-solving come together? As a Technical Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the entire after-sales process.
As the single point of contact for service-related support you form the link between international customers (namely French market) on the one hand and the internal after-sales organization and other internal stakeholders on the other. You significantly contribute to the excellent performance of the company systems in the field by managing client requests from A to Z. 

Manage incoming requests from French-speaking customers related to technical support, maintenance and service activities.

Assess customer needs and determine the most appropriate follow-up.
