Position Overview
Wilmar International is seeking a Technical Customer Service & NPD role to strengthen our technical leadership in specialty oils and fats. This role combines technical expertise, hands-on customer engagement, and new product development (NPD) to deliver differentiated, value-adding solutions for customers across a wide range of applications.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, supporting them in developing new and improved products, optimizing formulations and production efficiency, troubleshooting processing and application challenges, and designing products that meet performance, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
In parallel, the role will contribute to NPD initiatives in specialty oils and fats, ensuring Wilmar remains at the forefront of technical excellence and customer-driven innovation.
