Technical Coordinator (Subject Matter Expert), Corporate Actions

Major Duties

• Instruct Sub-Custodians and/or agents of Fund Manager decisions, effectively and accurately keep clients and fund managers informed of all actions at all times.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to Corporate Actions Analysts, monitor and verify low‑risk events.
• Supports Team Manager in ensuring operational efficiency, focusing on the day‑to‑day operation of the department.
• Identify and document new procedures and controls.
• Provides on‑the‑job technical training and coaching for Analysts.
• Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
• May have direct interaction with committees and/or senior management.
• Able to serve as a key subject‑matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
• May manage daily operational activities and supervise day‑to‑day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role). ...
