Technical Coordinator

Overview

Hourly Pay: $28-35 per hour

Analyses, develops and improves methods for the production, processing and preservation of existing and new food products, and sets standards for producing, packaging and marketing food.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) to meet certification and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate Halal certification documentation, including certificates, SOPs, production logs, and ingredient lists.
• Designation as the company Halal Certification Officer
• Oversee e-certificates and online portals for accreditation bodies and regulators.
• Manage the audit process workflow in CRM, including new applications and renewals.
• Schedule and manage auditor assignments and schedules.
• Study the properties of food to support the development of new products or to improve existing food products.
