A Technical Consultant with strong experience in automated systems such as Wonderware, Rockwell, SCADA or Siemens. The role involves providing high‑level pre‑ and post‑sales support to internal and external customers, troubleshooting technical issues, identifying new opportunities for growth, configuring and implementing paid consultancy, acting as a technical authority for services, supporting the service desk, delivering customer‑facing training, and contributing to the development of the company’s products and services.
