Become a key player at RSM as a Technical Consultant focusing on ServiceNow solutions. This role engages in hands-on configuration and optimization to enhance IT service management processes.
You will analyze various business requirements and design scalable solutions on ServiceNow. If you possess a strong background with at least 3 years dedicated to the platform and experience in a professional services environment, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document improvements in client processes
• Create user stories and process flows for solutions
• Identify gaps in service management and propose solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementations
• Document and communicate solutions clearly to teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification required
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator necessary
• 2-4 years of experience in IT consulting
