We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant – ServiceNow with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience and a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain robust CMDB architecture and enterprise-grade integrations.

This role is heavily focused (70–80%) on CMDB, ITOM (Discovery), and Integration capabilities, with exposure to ITSM and other modules as secondary.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of CMDB architecture , ensuring data accuracy, governance, and scalability.
  • Own and manage ServiceNow Discovery , including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub , ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
