What You’ll Do
- Gather client‑specific field‑level profile mapping requirements from implementations and deployment.
- Consult with client IT teams on how to develop API HR feeds and file HR feeds to transmit traveler profiles to Amex GBT’s profile system and online booking tools.
- Learn the capabilities, limitations, and nuances of the tools that the HR feed transmits data to.
- Learn how traveler profile data flows throughout GBT’s ecosystem of products.
