Technical Change Facilitator

About the Role:
As the Technical Change Facilitator, you'll play a keyrole in supporting the implementation of technical and operational change
across the business. Working alongside Technical Advisors, Operational Leaders,
Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and HSQE teams, you'll help evaluate,
document, communicate, and embed improvements to work practices, procedures,
competencies, and compliance requirements.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring changes are understood,
adopted, and sustained through coaching, collaboration, training, assurance
activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Role Responsibilities:
The Technical Change Facilitator supports the successful
implementation and embedding of technical changes, industry legislation, and
