Technical Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Data Business Analyst into a newly created role within an established fintech business making a significant investment in its data and technology function .

This sits within a growing team and offers the opportunity to shape how data is defined, structured, and trusted across the organisation - not maintain legacy reporting.

The Role

You’ll operate at the intersection of business and data engineering, owning the definition, structure, and quality of reporting across Finance, Risk, Operations and Compliance.

You will:

• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic end-to-end
• Translate business requirements into clear, buildable data specifications (data models, mappings, lineage)
• Work closely with data engineers to shape the data warehouse and semantic layer
