Vacancy Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager BMS & Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing advanced Building Management Systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siemens PLC systems as the primary platform, while also possessing working knowledge of other BMS solutions and protocols. This role involves close collaboration with our AI Smart Building team to integrate BMS/iBMS solutions into AI‑driven smart building systems.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Implementation- Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end implementation of BMS projects, including:
- HVAC system (Chilled Water plant, AHU, FCU)
- Different protocol (API, OPC) to integrate with other systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuit design
- Basic knowledge of ACMV equipment such as pump, chiller, valve
