Job Description :
Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (Good To have)
• 8+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Service Now solutions
• Experience with WSD and HSE modules desirable.
• Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance Service Now environments
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale Service Now implementations with
complex integration requirements. Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP
APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Proven track record managing technical delivery on multiple concurrent projects, with
experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
