Job Description and Role Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Act as the trusted advisor of the client.
  • Support the Client Executive for the Customer Value Roadmap (CVR) definition & update and is accountable for the technical, technological and portfolio relevancy of the CVR
  • Execute the customer account strategy according to Customer Value Roadmap (CVR)
  • Maintain up-to-date status of all requests (ER, HMA, Escalation…).
  • Be accountable for maintaining risk mitigation plan up-to-date for technical topics.
  • Act as advocate of the customer and Partners within 3DS taking into consideration 3DS interest. 
  • Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer decision makers and ecosystem capitalizing all relevant information
  • Define and execute the communication plan with the customer in collaboration with the Client Executive.
