Job Description and Role Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Act as the trusted advisor of the client.
- Support the Client Executive for the Customer Value Roadmap (CVR) definition & update and is accountable for the technical, technological and portfolio relevancy of the CVR
- Execute the customer account strategy according to Customer Value Roadmap (CVR)
- Maintain up-to-date status of all requests (ER, HMA, Escalation…).
- Be accountable for maintaining risk mitigation plan up-to-date for technical topics.
- Act as advocate of the customer and Partners within 3DS taking into consideration 3DS interest.
- Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer decision makers and ecosystem capitalizing all relevant information
- Define and execute the communication plan with the customer in collaboration with the Client Executive.
