We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can manage all technical aspects of our relationship with customers, serve as the first point of contact for new merchants, and guide them to the best solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑quality technical service before, during, and after onboarding customers into new markets, products or operations.
• Acquire in‑depth product and technical knowledge to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Help maximize company revenue and expand current relationships with customers, focusing on new products and operations.
• Analyze prospects’ business and technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other teams to customize products for customers.
