This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, customer-facing experience, operational excellence, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while partnering closely with Engineering, Support, Product, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer outcomes.
