Must-have skills:
Service Management, Customer governance, escalation management, stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, SaaS ERP Functional(SCM/HCM/Finance), GenAI / Agentic AI, and prompt engineering.
Good-to-have skills:
PaaS (Integration Cloud, FDI, APEX), OCI
Key responsibilities:
The TAM should be able to own governance, communicate at exec level, coordinate and drive scheduled activities, manage SR escalations through closure, provide advisory and continuous improvement guidance, build strong customer rapport and trust, coordinate with customer IT and business teams and internal teams, ensure CSS value-add is visible to the customer, protect service continuity and support revenue retention, guide the technical team on the right approach, and explain customer technical matters in business terminology.
