Job Summary:
The Medical Imaging Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures under the direction of the Medical Director and Radiologist, ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires technical expertise in radiologic modalities and adherence to safety standards to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow safety protocols, particularly regarding radiation safety standards in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations.
• Assist in clinical evaluation and provide patient care tailored to age and individual needs.
• Maintain competence in imaging techniques and stay updated with technological advancements.
