Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Tech Support/Call Center to join their team. As a Tech Support/Call Center, you will be part of the Operations Support Center supporting technical assistance and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Tech Support/Call Center - 2nd shift

**Location:** Claysburg, PA

**Pay Range:** $17.66

**Shift:** 2:00pm - 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday

**What's the Job?**

+ Log support tickets and assist with resetting employee passwords
+ Respond to email correspondence with vendors and internal teams
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
+ Support the team in managing daily operational tasks
+ Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to maintain workflow efficiency
