Tech SME, ROW SHARP

The ROW SHARP team is looking for a Tech / Product SME. In this position you will be responsible for solving UTR system issues during new store hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2).
You will work with tech configuration business and ops teams to optimize/shorten system readiness timeline for launches. You will partner with product and tech team to drive permanent solve for frequent issues.

This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations deep understanding of the UTR systems customer obsession and a willingness to dive deep.
