Tech Lead – GenAI Delivery

At Rituals, we are at an exciting moment in our AI journey. As Tech Lead – GenAI Delivery, you will help turn the potential of generative AI into products people can use every day across our business. Based in our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, you will take ownership of the delivery of high-impact GenAI applications, including our customGPT ecosystem, internal knowledge assistants, and domain-specific use cases.  

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, where you translate ideas into production-grade software that is scalable, secure, and valuable in practice. You will work closely with Product Owners, business sponsors, AI Engineers, Data Science teams, Staff Engineers, and our wider AI Network across Legal, Security, and Principal Architecture. With a strong hands-on approach, you will help shape the way we design, build, and improve GenAI products across Rituals.
